1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or missing items.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Discounted/clearance items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days through
    bkash / Nagad / Bank / Original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
  • If the returned product is used, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund will be rejected.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The product is in stock
  • The request is made within the return window
    For color/size change, customers may need to pay additional shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos/video of the damage.
  • We will arrange replacement or refund based on availability.
